USA Shipping Policy
At Thyself, we believe in mindful consumption. Every hoodie, t-shirt, and sweatshirt is printed only when you order it. This reduces textile waste and ensures your garment is brand new and made just for you.
1. Shipping & Processing (USA Only)
We fulfill orders through our US-based facilities to ensure the fastest possible turnaround.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items.

Free Shipping: Free shipping on all US orders over $75.
3. Returns & Replacements
Because Thyself products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of heart.
The "Make It Right" Guarantee
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

Manufacturing Defects: Misprinted graphics, holes, or fraying.

Wrong Item: You received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.

Damaged in Transit: The item was damaged during shipping.
How to file a claim:

Email hussain@thyself.shop within 30 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and a high-quality photo of the defect/damage.

Once verified, we will ship out your replacement immediately.
4. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is lost in transit (tracking hasn't updated for 10+ days), contact us within 30 days and we will reship the order at no cost.
5. Important Reminders

Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the order has moved into the "Fulfillment" stage.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an invalid address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
